Who’s Jona?
I’m Jona, or rather Jodie Nash. When I started making calendars almost 20 years ago I didn’t want to put Jodie Nash calendar on them so I shortened it to the first 2 letters of my first and surname. I grew up in a country town in the Mallee but now live in the Gold Coast so love the outdoors. I love animals, I own 2 cats & 2 dogs and was able to tame wild kittens growing up . I’ve been a nurse for 20 years so I can wake up at any hour and be ready to get out with the camera.
Why me?
I am passionate about photography. I am passionate about getting the most amazing shot. I am passionate about being excited by what I present to you. My gallery gives you a glimpse into that but it’s me that shows you that. Talk to me, discover what I can do. Look around and see what I can do. If you have an idea we can work together to make it happen. Not only do I photograph landscapes, animals and your pets but I’m even ready to capture your special place.

I’m a Nikon girl so have a D810 and a D850. My lens collection includes the Samyang 14mm f/2.8,Nikon 20mm f/1.8, Nikon 50mm f/1.8, Nikon 105mm f/2.8, Nikon 28-300mm f/3.5-5.6 and Nikon 200-500mm f/5.6,. Photographs are edited using Adobe Photoshop CS6 & LR5.
